摘要
针对我国多石山区农田中含有大量砾石的现状,研究出了一种专门用于山区农田捡石任务的链式农田捡石机。该机采用凿式起土铲,辊式输送装置,可以保证在捡拾砾石的同时,将农田土壤及时进行还田,以保证山区农田稀薄的土壤条件少受破坏。同时,利用运动学的方法,对该机作业时砾石的运动特性进行了分析,设计出了砾石捡石时运动的数学模型,为以后农田捡石机的改进和完善提供了参考依据。
In view of the status of mountain farmland which contains large amounts of gravel, we investigated the rock picker which devoted to the task of picking stone in mountain farmland. This machine used chisel shovel and roller conveyor device which could pick up gravel and ensure the soil conditions of mountain farmland. In this paper, the movement characteristics of the gravel was analysis by kinematics, a mathematical model of the movement was set up, this provide a reference for the design and improvement of the rock picker.
