摘要
三维设计软件在产品开发设计阶段,已经得到了较广泛的应用。为此,结合生产实际,对汽车盘式制动器支架进行工艺分析确定其最终加工路线的基础上,采用CAXA实体设计软件,首次完成了工件、夹具、加工设备的实体造型设计,并应用该软件的三维动画功能,实现了汽车盘式制动器支架三维实体虚拟机械加工过程的仿真设计,可代替或大幅度减少试切加工,为降低生产成本、提高产品质量等方面提供了新途径。
For the supporting part on the automotive disk breaker, on the basis of analyzing the part parameter and planning the processes, the 3D model of part, equipments, and machines were made. The simulation of machining process was realized for the first time. It makes the test cut getting less or being replaced, and a new method on the aspect of more efficient, higher quality, lower cost of processing is presented.
