螺旋叶片锥辊连轧技术的研究现状及发展展望

Present Situation and Prospect on Tandem Rolling Technology for Screw Vane

锥辊连续辗轧成形是目前世界上最先进的螺旋叶片成形工艺,生产螺旋叶片的锥辊轧机属于特种轧制设备,国内目前尚无厂家专业生产。为此,在介绍生产螺旋叶片常用工艺的基础上,对螺旋叶片锥辊辗轧成形理论、锥辊轧机及其轧制参数的调整等问题的研究现状进行了总结,并对螺旋叶片锥辊连续辗轧技术的发展方向进行了展望。

Tandem Rolling Technology is the most advanced forming technology to screw vane. The cone roller machine is one of special rolling equipments, there is no manufacturer which produce this kind of machine specially. Based on the introduction of technologies usually used, present situations on the theory of tandem rolling technology, cone roller machine and adjustment methods of tandem rolling parameter are generalized in this paper, prospects on tandem rolling technology are also presented in the end.
