摘要
网络化、标准化是农机监理牌证业务发展的必然趋势,黑龙江省率先在全国严格按照农业部规章、规范规定研发网络版业务管理软件。为此,从解析牌证业务管理系统在农机监理网络化中的作用入手,对比了网络版与单机版的区别,分析了网络版的优势,阐述了网络版的目的和特点,概括了网络版的结构和功能。
The development trends of agricultural machine supervision license and certificate operation are networking and standardization. Heilongjiang Province is the first to develop the network-edition operation management software according to the regulation and criterion. Hence, based on analyzing the functions of operation management system of license and certificate in the networking of agricultural machine supervision, the difference between the single model and network are compared. Then, the advantages of network-edition are analyzed. The objects and characteristics of network-edition are elaborated. At last, the structure and functions of network-edition are summarized.
