摘要
采用在培养基中添加亚硒酸钠的方法,培养出了五种不同含硒量的硒酵母,并对硒酵母中总硒、无机硒、有机硒、硒蛋氨酸和硒胱氨酸的含量进行了测定,从所测数据中可以得出酵母同化无机硒为有机硒的基本规律,确定了在硒酵母的培养过程中最适宜的亚硒酸钠添加量为15~20μg/ml。
The paper has cultured five kinds of selenium yeasts and determinated the content of total selenium, inorganic selenium,organic selenium by UV spectrometer and determinated the content of selenomethionine,selenocystine by amino acid analyzer.The data obtainted reveal the basic law of assimilating inorganic selenium to organic selenium.The best additive concentration of sodium selenite is 15~20 μg/ml.Quantitative analysis date and methods are reported,it is important for us to use selenium yeast in medicine and additive field.
