摘要
对处于产品设计阶段的某新型太阳能农用电动三轮车车架结构进行了静动态特性仿真分析。首先,在Pro/E软件中建立了车架CAD模型,然后在MSC.Patran/Nastran有限元分析软件中建立了以板单元为基本单元的车架有限元模型,最后对车架进行了静态应力分析和自由模态有限元分析,并对分析结果进行了评价,掌握了车架的静动态特性,为车架结构的改进设计提供了理论依据。
In order to perform the dynamic analysis for a new type solar battery farm tricycle's frame construction, a CAD model was built with by Pro/e software. Frame FEM computation model is established with shell as basic unit, then the statics analysis and the normal modal analysis were carried out by MSC.Patran/Nastran. The paper also evaluated the analysis results which provide the theory basement for the frame improvement.
