基于Matlab的梳脱割台参数优化

梳脱割台是梳脱式联合收割机的主要工作部件。根据其工作原理,建立了梳脱割台参数优化的数学模型。选择遗传算法,利用Matlab语言编写优化程序,对梳脱割台参数进行求解。结果表明,Matlab对于求解梳脱割台参数是一个方便、快捷和有效的优化软件,对于从事农机优化设计研究具有指导意义。

Stripping header is a main part of combination machinery, and its parameter optimization model is developed. The article selects a genetic algorithm and compiles optimization program by Matlab for solving the model. It is proved that Matlab is conveniently and reasonably calculating tool for designing machinery, and it also can be used in design of other agricultural machinery.
