摘要
为满足车用柴油机日益严格的排放法规、更高燃油经济性和动力性的要求,需要控制电控柴油机的运转参数。为此,设计了以DSP56F807为核心的电磁式执行器控制系统,提出了电磁式执行器模糊自适应整定PID控制策略和模糊数模型的建立方法,进行了电磁式执行器和柴油机模糊自适应整定PID控制实验。实验结果表明,此方法可以取得令人满意的控制效果。
In order to satisfy the demand of increasingly stringent emission regulations and higher fuel economy and dynamic performance of vehicle diesel engine, the running parameters of electronic control diesel engine was controlled. The electromagnetic actuator control system is designed based on DSP56F807. The control strategy of fuzzy self-adjusted PID and establishment method of fuzzy model table for diesel engine is presented.The control experiment of fuzzy self-adjusted PID for electro-magnetic actuator and diesel engine were carred out.Experimental results prove that this control method can obtain quite a good control effect.
