摘要
采用标准k?ε模型和SIMPLE算法,通过数值模拟软件FINE,对一台单级农用水泵动叶轮的流场进行了数值模拟。根据计算结果对该水泵的性能进行了分析,成功地预测了水泵叶片汽蚀发生的部位。结果表明,利用CFD进行水泵设计可以大大减少实验成本,缩短实验周期,对于从事流体机械设计的工程技术人员有一定的参考价值。
Using CFD to design fluid mechanics can reduce cost and shorten design period greatly.The standard k-ε model and SIMPLE algorithm are applied to simulate the flow field inside a one-stage water-pump applied in agriculture by CFD software-FINE. The performance of the pump is analyzed according to the result, predicting the occurring erosion part of impeller successfully It can be a good reference for the engineers majoring in pump design.
