The Functions and Development of Agricultural Operation Service Organization in Heilongjiang Province

随着农机作业服务组织的不断发展,农业机械化生产组织化程度不断提高,大型农业机械作用得以发挥,引起了农村经济各方面的变化。但是由于受体制、机制和投入等方面的影响,一些农机作业服务组织在发展上还存在一些问题。为此,根据黑龙江省目前农机作业服务组织发展的实际,经过多次调查研究和几年来的实践探索,提出了符合黑龙江省特点的发展农机作业服务组织和规模化作业的具体思路。

Following with the constant development of agricultural machinery operation service organization, the level of agricultural mechanization production organization has been continually improved, the large-scale agricultural machine has been used, and the rural economy is booming. However, some agricultural machinery operation service organization exist several problems, influenced by the system, mechanism, and investment. Hence, according to the present development of agricultural machinery operation service organization in Heilongjiang Province, this paper puts forward some practical thinking to develop the agricultural machinery operation service organization in Heilongjiang Province.
