建立健全与市场经济相适应的农业信息服务体系是建设现代农业和发展农村经济的重要手段。为此,利用实地调查数据,从需求和供给两方面分析了河北省农业信息服务发展的障碍因素。这些障碍因素包括:农民生产规模较小,信息需求不强烈;农民收入水平较低,利用信息的能力不强;农民对信息的市场意识淡薄;基层农业信息服务组织建设滞后;信息资源匮乏,信息质量较差;信息发布与传输渠道不畅。最后,针对河北省农业信息服务发展存在的问题,提出了改善农业信息服务的相应措施。
