摘要
虚拟制造是利用仿真与虚拟现实技术,在高性能计算机及高速网络的支持下,采用群组协同工作,通过模型来模拟和预估产品功能、性能及可加工性等各方面可能存在的问题,实现产品制造的本质过程。为此,阐述了虚拟制造的含义、分类、关键技术及其在农业机械产品开发中的应用前景;最后指出我国应在实际应用方面加大研究力度,以期推动虚拟制造技术在农机产品设计制造中的进一步应用。
The virtual manufacturing (VM) is simulating and forecasting the problem of function, performance, and machinability for the products by using simulating and virtual technology and high performance computer and high speed network to realize the manufacture .In this paper, the meanings, the classification and the key technology of VM, the application prospect of VM in the industry of Agro-machinery are presented. In the end, the paper puts forward that we should promote our research work on virtual manufacturing's application, which is very important to push the further development of research and applications of virtual manufacturing technology (VMT) in Agro-machinery's design and manufacture.
