农机制造中的绿色加工工艺技术

摘要 绿色制造是人类社会可持续发展战略在现代制造业中的体现,现代农机制造业也迫切需要绿色加工工艺技术。为此,分别介绍了干式切削技术和干式磨削技术的绿色特性,并对这两种绿色加工工艺的关键技术进行了分析,特别是对干式切削机床的主要部件特性进行了较为详细的研究,对绿色加工工艺对农机行业的影响进行了展望。 Green manufacturing embodies the strategy of the sustainable development in the modern manufacturing. Green processes are demand in farm machinery manufacture industry .In this paper the green characteristic is introduced in dry cutting and in dry grinding .The key technologies of the dry machining are concretely studied which include dry cutting and dry grinding. The characteristics are detailed discussed that based part in dry cutting lathe .It probes the performance of the green process and application of the farm machinery manufacture industry.
