上海市北站社区恶性肿瘤病人医疗情况分析

Analysis of patients with tumors in Beizhan Community of Shanghai

目的 了解本社区恶性肿瘤病人的基本情况，为社区肿瘤病人的治疗，康复，社区管理进一步提供科学依据。方法 对1996～2006年间本院随访以及治疗的肿瘤110例病人进行分析。结果其中22．72％为妇科肿瘤和泌尿生殖系肿瘤，45．45％为消化道肿瘤，16．36％为呼吸道肿瘤，其余占15．45％。调查病人中91．82％因病情危重到上级医院进一步住院治疗，0．90％的病人因病情危重而放弃治疗。仅有0．90％病人病情稳定后在我院建立家庭病床治疗。另6．36％病人在我院门诊治疗。结论 对于病情稳定的肿瘤病人和处于康复期的肿瘤病人，强化双向转诊制度，加强社区卫生中心对肿瘤病人的预防，治疗，保健，康复，健康教育一体化功能是社区卫生发展的需要，是我国现行医疗卫生制度的完善。

Objective To comprehend the basic information of tumor patient in our Community, and provide the foundation for the prevention, treatment and management of the tumor patients. Methods 110 patients with tumors in Shanghai Beizhan Community from 1996-2006 were analysed. Results 22.72% of patients were women＇s cancer and urogenital tumor, 45.45% were digestive system tumor, 16.36% were lung tumor, and 15.45% was other tumours. In 110 patients, 91.82% was referred to higher level hospital, 0.9% was given up the further treatment. Only 0.9% was treated in our hospital by family ward, and 6.36% was treated in our outpatient. Conclusions For the steady tumor patients, it needs to enhance bilateral transfer, enhance community health service so as to prevent, treat, care and health educating the tumor patients, and it is good for our health.
