摘要
采用盆栽法对不同水分胁迫下4种牧草幼苗期的形态及生理特性进行了初步研究.结果表明,4种牧草幼苗的株高、茎粗、质膜透性、叶绿素含量均随着水分胁迫的加重呈下降趋势;而根冠比、叶片水分饱和亏缺、游离脯氨酸均呈上升趋势.综合评价4种牧草苗期抗旱性强弱的顺序为:蒙古冰草>扁穗冰草>沙生冰草>羊草.
The potted experiment was carried out to deal with the morphological characters and physiological characteristics of 4 perennial forages seedling under different water stress conditions. The results showed that the plant height ,stem wide , the plasma membrace permeability and chlorophyll decreased with the aggravated of water stress;however, the R/S ,WSD and pro- line content increased with aggravated of water stress. And the sequence of drought resistance during seedling was: Agropyron cristatum 〉 Agropyron mongolioum keng 〉 Agropyron desertorum 〉 Leymus chimemsis.
