摘要
在所检测的28种蔬菜中,有18种的NO^-含量超过了WHO/FAO规定的432mg/kg·FW的ADI值,超标率达65%左右,表明绵阳市售蔬菜的营养及卫生品质较差,应当引起有关部门的高度重视并设法加以改善。此外,还探讨了蔬菜的不同品种、不同部位及不同采收时间与硝酸盐含量的关系。
An investigation on twenty - eight species of from 1991 to 1993demonstrated than vegetables containing nitrate above 432ppm (ADI)madeup 65% of the investigated, which implied that vegetables in Mianyang werepolluted with nitrate severely, nutritional quality and hygienic quality shouldbe imperatively improved.
