摘要 对3,5-二硝基水杨酸测定还原糖含量的条件研究表明:较灵敏的比色波长在482~484nm之间;针对482~484nm,520nm,540nm等3个比色波长,其最佳待测浓度依次为5~70μg/mL,5~160μg/mL,5~200μg/mL;待测样品和标准样品的缓冲介质与pH值必须保持一致;显色时间为6min。 Factors affecting the determination were studied.It is suggested that other than 520nm and 540 nm,482~484nm are more sensitive wavelengths for determination.The suitable concentration ranges are 5~70μm/ml,5~160μm/ml and 5~200μg/mL for 482nm~484nm,520 and 540 nm respectively.The buffer medium and pH value should be the same for the sample and the standard.The boiling time for developing should be about 6 min.The determination could be carried out about 2 h.
