The scientific management of the outpatient＇s ease history,which is regleeted at present and is the ignorable and wasteful medical resources ,is important for modernizing the hospital＇s mamagement and constructing the harmonious relationship between the doctor and the patient.this paper examines the status quo and the existing problems of the outpatient＇s ease history,proposes the tactics and methods for the scientific management,and discusses “the general use” and the quality control of the outpatient＇s case history. the scientific management of the outpatient＇s ease history can promote the hospital＇s management and the medical level and accelerate the development of the harmonious relationship between the doctor and the patient.
