通过调查分析目前山东省科研院所图书馆状况,提出科研院所图书馆向研究型发展,一方面借鉴IC服务模式,提高服务质量和服务水平,一方面以学术出成果,扩大图书馆影响和地位。

At present ,by surveying and analysing ,the library situation of research academies and institutes of Shandong province brings the library forward to the development of studying type. One hand the library should improves the service guality and standard ,and the other hand ,the library learning makes the achievements ,so that it can make the library influential widely and to improve the library position.
