摘要
本文通过简述学科馆员的概念及其发展史,提出了学科馆员应具备的素质,并对高校图书馆开展学科馆员制度提出建设性的建议。
the paper simple states the conception of the subject librarians and its history, it also point out the qualities that the subject librarians must have, at last gives some constructive advices on the subject librarian systems of the academic libraries.
