摘要 目的探讨小角度桡动脉穿刺置管法在小儿先天性心脏病(简称先心)手术中的应用,观察其首次穿刺置管成功率。方法79例小儿先心手术患者,小角度法行左桡动脉穿刺置管,记录穿刺前无创平均动脉压、脉搏和首次穿刺置管结果。结果穿刺前无创平均动脉压(70±10)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),穿刺前脉搏(95±16)次/min,首次穿刺置管成功率为89.87%。结论小角度桡动脉穿刺置管法用于小儿先心手术,可获得满意的首次穿刺置管成功率。 Objective To discuss the use of small angle of radial artery puncture and cannulation in operations on children with congenital cardiovascular disease, and observe its first success ratio. Methods Seventy- nine children with congenital cardiovascular disease undergoing operations, left radial artery puncture and cannulation were operated, noninvasive mean arterial pressure, pulse before puncture, the results of first puncture and cannulation were recorded. Results Noninvasive mean arterial pressure before puncture was (70 ±10)mm Hg(1 mm Hg = 0. 133 kPa) , pulse before puncture was (95 ± 16)times per minute. The first success ratio of all patients was 89.87%. Conclusion The use of small angle of radial artery puncture and cannulation in operations on children with congenital cardiovascular disease obtained satisfactory first success ratio.
