加味葶苈大枣桑白皮汤治疗心衰临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Heart Failure Treated with Jiaweitinglidazaosangbaipi Decoction

目的探讨加味葶苈大枣桑白皮汤对右心衰竭及全心衰竭的治疗作用。方法将92例患者随机分为两组,对照组31例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组61例在西医常规治疗基础上加用加味葶苈大枣桑白皮汤;治疗4周后观察两组的临床疗效及血流动力学指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.4%,高于对照组之87.1%;治疗后两组血流动力学四项指标均有明显改善,而治疗组改善更佳。结论加味葶苈大枣桑白皮汤能够改善心功能,配合西医治疗可提高治疗右心衰竭及全心衰竭的疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of fight heart failure and whole heart failure treated with Jiaweitinglidazaosangbaipi Decoction（ JD,加味葶苈大枣桑白皮汤）. Methods： 92 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 61 in the treated group were treated with JD and the usual treatment of WM, while 31 in the control group with the usual treatment of WM only. The therapeutic course were 4 weeks for both groups. The changes of symptoms and hemodynamies before and after treatment were observed. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group and the control group was 93.4% and 87.1% respectively, with a significant difference. The 4 indexs of hemodynamies were all improved after treatment in both groups, while of the effect in the treated group were better than of the control group. Conclusion： JD can improve heart function, and increase the curative effect in treating right and whole heart failure combined with the usual treatment of WM.
