鱼腥草注射液抗甲型流感病毒实验研究

The Experimental Study on the Antivirus Effect of Houttuynia Cordata Injection on Influenza Virus in Mice

目的探讨鱼腥草注射液抗实验鼠甲型流感病毒的效果。方法小鼠随机分为六组,病毒感染后分别予病毒唑、不同剂量鱼腥草注射液或空白处理。结果鱼腥草注射液(4.0g/kg、2.0g/kg)对小鼠肺指数、死亡率、血凝滴度和体重下降有控制作用。结论鱼腥草注射液有良好的抗甲型流感病毒效果。

Objective： To Observe the anti -function of Houttuynia cordata Injection on H1N1 Influenza virus in Mice. Methods： To set up the viral pneumonia model mouse infected by influenza virus H1N1. The mice were randomiy divided into each group, and were treated by Ribavirin or Houttuynia cordata injection. Results： Houttuynia cordata injection （4.0/kg, 2. 0g/kg） could significantly inhibited pulmonary index, the level of hemagglutination titer and the decrease of body weight in mouse. Conclusion： Houttuynia cordata injection has antiviurs effect.
