Major problems faced by tongling nonferrous metals group holdings Co Ltd, an extra large-scale industry stateowned exterprise, were mainly analyzed. The primary measures for recurrent economy carried out by the enterprise recently and achievements obtained were demonstrated systematically. The assessment index system of recurrent economy and each assessment index in 2010 of the enterprise were proposed. The experiences and measures incroduced here can be a good model and example on those enterprises to enforce the policy of recurrent economy and resourceful cities to realize conversion.
