超越家族主义——海峡西岸经济区家族制民营企业文化创新思考

Thinking on Cultural Innovation of Family Enterprises of the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits

家族制民营企业在海峡西岸经济区的建设中扮演着极为重要的角色。民营企业要充分发挥主力军作用,就必须通过改革创新,把企业推向新的发展阶段。企业改革创新最根本的是文化的创新。目前影响福建民营企业创新发展的最大障碍和困难在于“人和”方面有着许多的制约因素,这与家族制民营企业文化中的“家族主义”有密切关系。因此,必须超越家族主义,实现企业文化创新,构建能吸引人才留住人才,形成“人和”局面的文化环境。

In the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits,family enterprises play a paramount role.At present,in close relationship with the familism,there are a lot of confinement factors of people to restrict the innovation and development of Fujian private enterprises.Therefore,we must surpass familism,realize business cultural innovation,construct a cultural environment which will attract and retain talents.
