It is possible to compare the loss with the gain of the former Soviet in CMEA,through inspecting the system of international division of labor,the trade and price system,the monetary and financial system,the joint planning and scientific-technology cooperation.Although it seems that former Soviet benefited more from the CMEA,in fact,Soviet and the other member states all benefited little concerning the feature and outcome,because the mechanism of CMEA made them lose more opportunities.
