高校组织员制度建设初探

Approaches to the construction of system of committee member in charge of organizational work in institutions of higher education

组织员制度是我们党总结自身建设的历史经验、为加强党员队伍建设所创建的一项独具特色的工作制度。本文回顾了高校组织员制度的历史发展,在分析新形势下建立组织员制度迫切性的基础上,提出高校加强组织员制度建设的对策。

System of committee member in charge of organizational work is a unique system formulated by generalization and summation of our party＇s historical experiences to strengthen the construction of our party.On the basis of investigation into the developing history and analysis of the necessity of system construction in new situation,this paper puts forward the ways to strengthen the construction of the system of committee member in charge of organizational work in institutions of higher education.
