摘要
采用新型密封材料——艾志黑色CMS2000层状剪切式软填料对离心式循环水泵填料密封进行了技术改造。介绍了新型填料的性能、密封机理及改造方法。改造后,水泵运行稳定、密封良好,可降低检修和运行成本。
New type sealing material CMS2000 packing layer shearing soft sealing material to technically improve the filler seal of centrifugal circulation water pumps. Performance of the new type filler, seal mechanism and innovation methods are introduced. After the innovation, the water pump runs stably with good seal, which can reduce the cost of maintenance and operation.
