The effect of subchronic lanthanum exposure on serum biochemical indexes in rats

摘要 目的探讨稀土元素镧亚慢性暴露对大鼠血清常规生化指标的影响。方法36只大鼠,随机分为对照组及0.1、2和40mg/kg三氯化镧(LaCl3)组,给大鼠经口灌胃,1次/d,90d后处死;取血分离血清,测定总胆红素(TBIL)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、假性胆碱酯酶(ChE)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、钙(Ca)和无机磷(IP)水平。结果与对照组相比,2mg/kgLaCl3组大鼠血清TBIL、TP、ALB、BUN、Cr和Ca显著降低(P<0.05),0.1mg/kgLaCl3组大鼠血清Cr有明显降低(P<0.05),40mg/kgLaCl3组大鼠仅血清TBIL有明显降低(P<0.05),其他血清生化指标在各LaCl3暴露组与对照组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论2mg/kgLaCl3亚慢性暴露可引起大鼠血清TBIL、TP、ALB、BUN、Cr和Ca显著降低,其对大鼠血清非酶生化指标的影响明显大于0.1和40mg/kg组。 Objective To explore the effect of subchronic lanthanum exposure on serum general biochemical indexes in rats. Methods 36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 1 control group and 3 exposure groups orally exposed to LaCl3 at the doses of 0. 1,2 and 40 mg/kg respectively for 90 days. At the end of the exposure, the rats were sacrificed and the serum was collected for TBIL, TBA, ALT, ChE, ALP, TP, ALB, LDH,α-HBDH, AST, CK, UA, BUN, Cr, Ca and IP determination. Results Serum TBIL, TP, ALB, BUN, Cr and Ca at 2 mg/kg LaCl3 dose group were significantly lower than those of the control (P 〈 0. 05). Serum Cr at 0. 1 mg/kg dose group and TBIL at 40 mg/kg dose group were obviously lower than those of the control (P 〈 0. 05). Other serum biochemical indexes of 3 exposed groups had no differences with those of the control (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Subchronic LaCl3 exposure at the dose of 2 mg/kg can significantly decrease the levels of TBIL, TP, ALB, BUN, Cr and Ca, and its effects on serum non-enzyme indexes are much obvious than those of the 0. 1 and 40 mg/kg groups.
