摘要
目的探讨安多霖对受高功率电磁脉冲照射小鼠免疫功能和生殖功能的影响。方法100只小鼠随机分为5组,3个给药组,2个对照组,即:阴性对照组和模型对照组。给药组动物连续灌胃给药8d,经6×104V/m高功率电磁脉冲全身一次照射2min,照射后继续给药至第10天。小鼠脱臼处死取脾脏和附睾,测定自然杀伤(NK)细胞和淋巴细胞转化活力;检测精子数、精子畸形率和精子活动度。结果给药小鼠NK细胞和淋巴细胞转化活力3个给药组的均值分别为(167.000±0.031)%和(0.600±0.017)A;模型组分别为(0.110±0.019)%和(0.39±0.02)A,给药组与模型组之间的差异显著。给药组小鼠精子计数与模型组之间的差异无显著性,但小鼠睾丸精子活动度显著增强,精子畸形率则明显降低。结论安多霖对高功率电磁脉冲照射小鼠免疫功能和生殖能力有明显的增强作用。
Objective To study the effcts of anduolin on some immune and reproductive functions in high power electromagnetic radiaded mice. Methods Mice were divided into 5 groups, including 3 drug and 2 control groups. Mice were orally administrated with anduolin for 8 consecutive days and then irradiated by 6 × 10^4 V/m high power electromagnetism for 2 minutes once, After irradiation,the mice were continuously given anduolin to the 10th day. Then spleen and epididymis were taken to detect activation of natural killer cells, lymphocyte proliferation and counts, movement degree and rate for abnormality of germ cell. Results Activation of natural killer cells and lymphocyte proliferation in drug groups were significantly higher,while the rate of abnormality of germ cells were significantly lower than those of the controls. The movement degree of germ cells was increased significantly and the counts of germ cells was unchanged compared with the irradiated model control group. Conclusion Anduolin has certain effects on immune and reproductive functions in high power electromagnetic irradiated mice.
