摘要 以二甲苯为溶剂,苯乙酸和二乙烯三胺为原料,经酰胺化和环化脱水合成了新型咪唑啉化合物,并用氯乙酸钠溶液对其进行改性得到了苯乙酸咪唑啉季铵盐(PAIPI).通过失重法、电化学方法研究了其在1 mol/LHCl中对A3钢的缓蚀性能,并用电化学方法研究了PAIPI在1 mol/LHCl中在A3钢表面的吸附行为.结果表明,PAIPI在1 mol/L HCl中对A3钢均为阳极型缓蚀剂;PAIPI在1 mol/L HCl中在A3钢表面是单层吸附,属物理吸附. A new imidazolinyl intermediate is prepared from phenylacetic acid and diethylenetriamine firstly, and then they react with the solution of sodium chloroacetate into the imidazolinyl quaternary ammonium salt (PAIPI). Its influence on the inhibition of corrosion of A3 steel in 1 mol/L HCl solution is studied by weight loss and electrochemical techniques. The results show that this compound is good inhibitor for A3 steel in 1 mol/L HCl . This imidazolinyl quaternary ammonium salt is anodetype corrosion inhibitor. The adsorption of the imidazolinyl quaternary ammonium salt on A3 steel is studied from the results of the electrochemical technique, and the experimental results reveal that adsorption of the imidazolinyl quaternary ammonium salt on A3 steel surface is monolayer and belongs to physical absorption.
