摘要
北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)提供同步辐射(SR)可调单色光,用X射线近边吸收谱法测得Fe3+~Fe0和Ni3+~Ni0的Kα吸收边能量位移分别为10eV;Pt(Ⅳ)~Pt0的LⅢ吸收边能量位移为2eV;Re(Ⅳ)~Re0和Re(Ⅶ)~Re0的LⅢ吸收边能量位移分别为3eV和4eV,其化学位移测量的标准偏差为±051eV(2σ)。
The application of synchrotron radiation X ray absorption near edge spectrometry to chemical valent state of Pt and Re in Pt, Re/Al 2O 3 is reported in this paper. The X ray absorption spectra near Fe K α , Ni K α , Pt L Ⅲ and Re L Ⅲ edges are obtained on the 4W1B beamline from a wiggler sources at Beijing Electron Positron Collider(BEPC) National Lab. A double crystal Si(111) monochromator with energy resolution of ΔE/E =10 -4 is used. The results show that energy shifts are as follow: 10 eV for K α edges of Fe 3+ Fe 0 and Ni 3+ Ni 0, 2 eV for L Ⅲ edges of Pt(Ⅳ) Pt 0, 3 eV and 4 eV for L Ⅲ edges of Re(Ⅳ) Re 0 and Re(Ⅶ) Re 0 respectively. Standard deviation of the measurement for chemical shift is about 0.51 eV(2 σ ).
