鱼汤提取物对杜氏盐藻植板率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 比较了不同浓度鱼汤提取物对杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella salina)在平板上生长的影响,发现在加入了一定浓度鱼汤提取物后,盐藻藻落较对照明显增大,颜色加深,呈深绿色,并且获得较为分散的单克隆。随着鱼汤提取物浓度的增加,盐藻在平板上的植板率也有明显提高,在浓度为8%的平板上盐藻的植板率高达42%,是对照平板的6.4倍。 Different concentrations of dashi extract have applied to Dunaliella salina on plate, so that the influences to the growth of Dunaliella salina can be compared. After adding certain concentration of dashi extract, it is found that the algae colony increases apparently compared with control one, the color becomes darker to bottle green, and dispersed monoclones are obtained. With the increase of concentration applied to the plate, the plating efficiency of Dunaliella salina has improved obviously. The plating efficiency, which reaches to as high as 42% in the concentration of 8% of dashi extract, is 6.4 times of that of the control one.
