Present Situation and Countermeasure of Estate Management of Real Estate Enterprise

本文简要介绍了房地产与物业管理的关系,通过对我国物业管理现状及其在发展中的出现的问题分析,提出了解决的对策,即提前介入、规模化、市场化、注重物业管理企业的自身建设等。

This article briefly introduced the relationship between the real estate and the estate management, through analysing our country estate management present situation and problems, the author proposed the solutions, such as involving the scale ahead of time, marketing emphasizing estate management enterprise＇s own construction and so on.
