摘要
该文用超声心动图测定31例原发性高血压患者右室结构功能，并与20例年龄配对的正常人比较。结果表明与正常人相比，静息时高血压病患者右室收缩功能和肺动脉压力均在正常范围，但右室舒张功能已减退，早于左室收缩功能减退，右室舒张功能各参数与左室舒张功能各参数密切相关（r＝0．461～0．620，P＜0.01），部分高血压病患者在在右心室肥厚。
In order to assess right ventricular structure and function in essential hypertension, 31 hypertensive patients and20 normal subjects were studied using echocardiography. The results showed that the right ventricular diastolic function in hypertensive patients is damaged in comparison with the control group when the right ventricular systolicfunction and pulmonary pressure were at a resting state. Right ventricular filling parameters were significantly relatcd to those of the left ventricle (r = 0. 461 ~ 0. 620). Right ventricular hypertrophy aIso occurred in some of the hypertensive patients.
