摘要 对于企业来说,奖励往往能够最好地发挥其激励和指导作用,如何对员工有效实施绩效奖励,不仅有利于提高个人和组织绩效,也有利于实现组织的目标。在中国企业以绩效工资为主的奖励形式受到挑战,如何有效实施绩效奖励是本文探讨的内容。
