摘要
针对某热电厂循环冷却水浓缩倍数高,系统钙硬度和碱度升高,系统结垢严重的问题,根据现场工艺条件和运行情况,制定了化学清洗预膜方案,实施后提高了循环冷却水处理效果,同时提高了汽轮机凝汽器的真空度,达到经济发电,取得了明显的效果。
With the increasing of concentration times, calcium hardness and alhalinity in thermal power plant, system scaling became worse. According to the field technological condition and operation state, programs of chemical cleaning perfuming were made. With the application of the turbine condenser was increased, which lead to economical generation of electrical power.
