This paper describes pucker and fracture from the big membrane in a kind of relief valve during the process of assembly and experiment. The failure is analysed and the phenomena reappears. After the big membrane is changed, the failure does not reappear. No new question in the latter useness verifies the availability of the treatment to the valve.
