摘要
电大开放教育是基于现代信息技术的一种新型教育模式,是基于网络环境的远程教育模式,电大新生入学之初计算机的应用程度对今后的学习至关重要,我们应该加强对电大学员学前计算机培训工作。
The open education of TV University is one kind of new education model that is based on modem information technology, and distance education model that is based on network environment. The application of computer is very important for the students in TV University to learn later, so we should strengthen previous training on computer to freshmen.
