摘要
介绍了基于SolidWorks软件设计平台进行机床夹具设计的方法和关键技术。根据机床夹具的设计特点,以SolidWorks软件为平台,先建立夹具标准零件参数化实体模型库;然后针对不同夹具,二次开发出非标准件实体模型库;在通过虚拟装配得到装配体的三维实体模型后,经过图形转换和专家修改得到生产实际中应用的二维工程图。该方法有利于提高夹具设计效率,可以在机床夹具设计行业推广。
A method and key technology are introduced for designing the clamp of machine tools based on SolidWorks software platform. According to the features of designing the clamp, taking SolidWorks software as the platform, one database including the solid parameter models of standard parts in the designing clamp is firstly constructed, then another solid special individual model database of non -standard parts used for the clamp designing is developed. After obtaining the three - dimensional solid model of the clamp body through virtual assemble, the two- dimensional engineering drawing was completed by implementing the graphic exchange and modification by expert. It is concluded that the present method is equal to enhance the design efficiency and quality, and should be recommended in the clamp design field.
