摘要
直线滚动导轨是数控机床传动系统的重要部件,因此对考虑滚动导轨副的数控机床进行分析,并且研究其对数控机床性能的影响具有非常重要的意义。以沈阳第一机床厂生产的CKS6125数控机床为研究对象,提出了机床导轨结合部特性仿真分析的有限元方法,建立了CKS6125机床进给系统分析模型。获得的计算结果与实验结果相比较,证实了导轨结合部的有限元模型方法的有效性。
Linear rolling guides are the most essential parts of the machine tool. So it is very important to analyze the dynamic - static characteristic of the machine tool with rolling guide - way and to study on the effect on machinery function. This paper studies on a NC machine tool, and the methods for simulating the rolling guide - way support are proposed. The FEA model for the feeding system of the machine tool has set up. Then the FEA models are validated by some experiments.
