摘要 针对圆锥轴承套圈滚道车加工中弹簧夹头壁厚较薄,弹性变形区直径较小,导致夹头强度不够的问题,改进弹簧夹头结构,改变弹簧夹头热处理淬火工艺,提高了弹簧夹头的使用寿命,保证了套圈的车加工质量。 Because of the features of the collect clamping head of taper roller bearing's raceway that the wall is thin and the elastic deformation area is small, the collect clamping head is not hard enough after turning. The operating life can be prolonged through improving the structure of the collect clamping head and changing the quenching technique of collect clamping head' s heat - treatment. Thus the quality of the raceway turning can be guaranteed.
