高素质的教学管理队伍是学校教学管理工作得以正常进行的根本保证,是保障高等学校人才培养目标实现的必然要求。以耗散结构理论为研究视角,指出教学管理队伍建设的关键在于建立教学管理队伍系统的耗散结构,提出建立开放的管理体系、建立学习型组织、建立和健全管理制度等,是不断提高高校教学管理队伍水平的重要措施。
