同位素稀释碰撞室多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱测定鱼中痕量硒 被引量:13

Accurate Measurement of Trace Selenium in Fish by Isotope Dilution Multiple Collector Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry with Hexapole Collision Cell

摘要 采用六极杆碰撞室多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱(MC-ICP-MS)和同位素稀释技术,通过对碰撞气的使用、硒氢的校正、质量偏移的校正、基体效应、样品前处理等方面的研究,建立了鱼肉中痕量硒的同位素稀释电感耦合等离子体质谱(ID-MC-ICP-MS)准确测量方法。进而使用该方法参加了国际计量委员会物质量咨询委员会组织的国家化学计量研究院之间的比对(CCQM-P39.1&CCQM-K43),对比对样品鲑鱼中的痕量硒进行了测量,测量结果是7.38±0.22(μmol/kg),与该样品的标准值7.32±0.28(μmol/kg)符合很好,验证了本方法的可靠性和准确性。 The method of isotope dilution multicollector ICP-MS with hexapole collision cell was developed to determine trace amount of Se in fish through the studies of the use of collision gases, Sell calibration, mass bias calibration, matrix effect and sample preparation. Furthermore, this method was used to measure trace Se in salmon fish for the comparison among the National Metrology Institutes Organized by International Committee for Weight and Measures-Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance-Metrology in Chemistry (CIPMCCQM). The measured result of this work is 7.38 ±0. 22( μmol/kg), which is in agreement with the certified value 7.32 ±0. 28 (μmol/kg). Thus the reliability and accuracy of the method established in this work are validated.
