摘要
本文通过文献资料和录像观察法,分析了中国队在第39届世界体操锦标赛上成功的原因,总结出新规则下体操比赛的制胜规律.分析认为:积极适应规则,较高的动作难度和较好的动作质量以及动作稳定性是新规则下世界体操比赛的制胜规律.
Summarize the successful factors of China on the 39th gymnastics world championship based on literature and video observing, the analysis shown that those factors are： adapted to the new regulation early, the higher action difficulty and the stability.
