白粉病菌侵染后小麦叶片蛋白质变化的研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用双向电泳技术,分析了高感白粉病和对白粉病表现免疫的2种小麦在接种白粉病菌前后的叶片蛋白的变化。结果表明:无论抗病小麦Pm3b还是易感小麦Chancellor,在白粉菌接种前后,叶片蛋白都有明显变化。都有部分蛋白消失。对于抗病小麦Pm3b,在白粉病菌接种后,在电泳图谱上还发现诱导产生许多新的叶片蛋白。经统计,在白粉菌接种后,抗病小麦Pm3b的叶片诱导产生至少20个新蛋白。推测可能与小麦受白粉病菌诱导后一些抗性蛋白大量表达有关。 The changes of protein in wheat plants, when inoculated by the pathogen of wheat powdery mildew ( Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici ), were analyzed by using 2-dimentional electrophoresis techniques. The results showed that there are significant differences of proteins for both resistant wheat variety Pm3b and susceptible wheat variety Chancellor before and after infection of the pathogen. Some proteins were reduced or disappeared after affection in wheat. After the infection of pathogen, new proteins were induced in resistant variety Pm3b compared with those proteins before infection. Resistant variety, Pm3b, produced more than 20 new specific resistant proteins after inoculation compared with those proteins before infection. They may be the proteins associated with powdery mildew resistance.
