小剂量多西环素对龈沟液中胶原酶的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察小剂量(低于抑菌剂量)多西环素对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中胶原酶含量的影响,探讨其临床疗效和安全性。方法选择20例慢性牙周炎患者,在进行牙周基础治疗后随机分为实验组和对照组(n=10)。实验组服用盐酸多西环素片(20mgbid×3月),对照组则使用安慰剂。于基础治疗前(基线)、服药前和用药后1、3月,分别检测两组患者的牙周探诊深度、牙周附着丧失及龈沟液胶原酶活性。结果基础治疗前(基线)、服药前和服药后1月,两组患者的牙周探诊深度、牙周附着丧失及龈沟液胶原酶活性比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);而服药3月后复查显示,两组患者上述各项指标均存在显著性差异(P<0.01);实验组患者服药期间未见明显副作用。结论与单纯进行基础治疗比较,小剂量多西环素的联合使用,能显著改善牙周炎患者的牙周健康相关临床指标。 Objective To observe the effect of low-dose doxycycline ( subantimicrobial dose doxycycline, SDD) on collagenase in gingival crevicular fluid and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety. Methods Twenty patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n = 10 in each group) , and the medicine was given ( doxycycline, 20 mg bid, 3 months for the experiment group and placebo for the control group) after the primary periodontal treatment. The probing depth ( PD), attachment loss (AL) and content of collagenase in gingival crevicular fluid were examined at baseline, before administration, one month and three months after administration. Results There was no significant difference in PD, AL and content of collagenase between the two groups at baseline, before administration and one month after administration( P 〉 0.05). However, three months after administration, there were significant differences in the above parameters between the two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). No obvious side effects were found in the experiment group. Conclusion Compared with primary periodontal treatment alone, the combination use of low-dose doxycycline is more effective in improving clinical parameters associated with periodontal health in patients with chronic periodontitis.
