摘要
树突状细胞(DCs)是一种具有较强可塑性的抗原递呈细胞,可通过不同的方法“程序化”DCs而达到致耐受原特性。近来有资料显示药理学调控DCs可产生强有效的调节性DCs。文章对调节性DCs研究进展及其在器官移植方面的临床应用作一综述。
Dendritic cells (DCs) are uniquely well-equipped antigen (Ag)-presenting cells. This function of DCs, coupled with their remarkable plasticity, renders them attractive therapeutic targets for immune modulation. Recent data have demonstrated a promising role for pharmacologic treatment as a means of generating potent regulatory DCs. Herein, the evidence that the potential of regulatory DC therapy is considerable and that there are compelling reasons to evaluate it in the setting of organ transplantation in the near future are discussed in this paper.
