慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经根神经病(CIDP)是一种临床表现多样的疾病,静脉滴注免疫球蛋白、血浆交换和类固醇对其治疗有效,且大部分患者需要长期治疗。文章就CIDP的诊断、最新治疗方法、伴发疾病、疗效评价尺度以及残余症状处理等方面的研究进行综述。

The clinical symptoms of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy （C1DP） are variable. Intravenous infusion of immunoglobulin, steroids and plasma exchange are shown to be effective. Most patients need long-term treatment. The advances in new therapy, complicated disease, efficacy measurement scale and residual symptom management of CIDP are reviewed in this paper.
