摘要
以抚河流域为例,采用模糊决策和层次分析法,对区域间水权初始分配进行探索性应用研究.根据准则层中有效性、公平性和可持续性权重的不同取值,给出了7种水量分配计算方案.比较结果表明,第2种方案最佳,并对其合理性进行了分析.
This paper adopts fuzzy decision and analytic hierarchy process to make exploratory investigation into an original river water right associated with the Fuhe River. According to the different weights of effectiveness, justice and sustains in principal level, 7 schemes are proposed to probe into the water amount allocation. The comparative results indicate that the second scheme is the best one. Finally, reasonable analysis of this scheme is given.
